Our corporate,
foundation,
community, government,
and individual sponsors allow the Sitar Center to continue serving
the needs of underserved children and families in the Adams Morgan
community.
The cost for each student to take a full semester of arts
classes at the Sitar Center is $1000. This tuition is significantly
subsidized in order for all neighborhood youth - regardless of family
income - to have the opportunity to receive a quality arts education;
over 80 percent of students at the Sitar Center pay either
$15 or $55 for a full semester of after-school classes.
The Patricia M. Sitar Center for the Arts is a 501(c)(3) organization;
contributions to the Center are tax deductible to the fullest extent
allowable by law.
We are grateful for the probono services of Williams
& Connolly, Lehman, Smith & Mc Leish, Pat Taylor - Graphic
Design, Viator & Associates, Steve Antoscarecording engineer.
